A Customer Success Manager ensures our customers’ successful use of QL2’s competitive pricing solutions. Our customers come to QL2 for competitive information in various travel industries, including Air, Vacation Packages, Rail, Online Travel Agencies, and Car Rental.
We are looking for a technically astute Customer Success Manager who possesses the skills of professionalism, partnership, and the ability to get the job done. QL2 is a fast-growing organization so we seek someone who is hungry to be part of the growth and will support the organization to help get it to the next level. This is a remote position for a candidate based in Germany with responsibility for our European customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Own renewals and add-ons for existing customers
- Help customers identify additional uses for QL2 solutions through training, discussion of best practices, and a solid understanding of the problems they need to solve
- Delight customers and deliver exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
- Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor with QL2 customers
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of QL2’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Respond to and help resolve issues
- Track key account metrics
- Liaise between customers and internal teams based in the U.S. and India
- Stay organized and proactive
Required Experience
1+ Years in Travel, Hospitality, and/or Customer Success
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Analytical discipline preferred)
- Self-motivated, self-directed, organized, flexible
- Detail-oriented and hands-on, with curiosity and a willingness to dive deep into anything
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to influence others and prioritize projects
- Strategic thinker with excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Generally tech savvy with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your impact is clear and significant
- Experience in the Start-Up environment and/or Technology sector a plus
- Understanding of and/or experience with SAAS businesses
