Requesting a Match

Navigate to the product which you would like a new match for. Select Request Match in the top right corner of the page.

Input the following information in the pop up form:

• Competitor Site
• Product URL of the new match
• Product Unique ID (often found in competitor URL)
• Match Type (Exact or Like)

 
Once you have submitted the request, it will be reflected in the delivery file and UI within 24 hours. The change will exist in the ‘Audit History’ tab in perpetuity for QL2 and customer convenience.
