Eric Ermie brings a long history of visionary leadership and strategic expertise to his role as CEO of QL2. With a relentless drive for innovation and a passion for empowering organizations to thrive in today’s dynamic market landscape, Eric is committed to creating value for customers, and growing QL2’s position as a leader in pricing and e-commerce data. 

Prior to joining QL2, Eric held key leadership roles at leading technology firms, ExamSoft, ORIS Intel, Pricespider and TealBook where he honed his expertise in driving transformative change and delivering measurable results. With a proven track record of success, Eric is dedicated to guiding QL2 towards continued growth and innovation, empowering businesses to thrive in an increasingly competitive and sophisticated data landscape.

Quentin Schmick

Chief Technology Officer

Quentin Schmick joined QL2 Software in 2024 as Chief Technology Officer. Bringing over 16 years of engineering expertise, Quentin has a diverse background that spans from start-ups to the National Security Agency. Prior to QL2, he served as Vice President of Engineering at TealBook where he lead the redevelopment of a Data Platform. Quentin also held key Engineering Leadership positions at Invaluable and Nathan James, and various roles at PriceSpider. 

His tenure at the NSA and involvement in both early-stage and growth-stage start-ups equip him with a unique perspective on scaling solutions and navigating changing business landscapes. At QL2, Quentin is pivotal in driving technological innovation and implementing cutting-edge solutions. He is passionate about AI and machine learning, focusing on leveraging these technologies to impact the market positively.

Justin Hill

VP, Customer Success

Justin joined QL2 in 2005 and currently leads the account management, sales engineering, and implementation teams. His background is in the travel industry, particularly airline pricing and revenue management. At Delta Air Lines, he led the online pricing strategy team in the early days of online airfare distribution. His focus on customer satisfaction has guided the development of many of QL2’s products as well as the company’s responsive support team.

Yogender Kumar

Head of Operations, India

Yogender joined QL2 in 2006 and currently leads the company’s India operations in Gurgaon Office. Yogender’s leadership of the QL2 team in India is a critical part of the company’s success in delivering high-quality strategic data. Prior to QL2, Yogender worked as a Senior Analyst and Developer at Electrobug Technologies Ltd. Yogender holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Computer Application as well as his MBA.

Samir Bhakta

Chief Information Officer

Samir joined QL2 in 2010 with over 20 years of high-tech operations and support experience. He is currently responsible for ensuring QL2 applications and systems are always available and functioning correctly. As part of that role he provides 24/7/365 support for customers with a service level of at least 99.9% uptime. 

Samir has previously designed, deployed, and supported cutting edge solutions at large companies such as Accenture, HP, Sprint, Hallmark, and Autodesk. As part of those deployments, he also led strategic initiatives for future growth opportunities.

Hunter McKissock

VP, Sales

Hunter joined QL2 in 2024 as VP of Sales to lead and scale its go-to-market strategy, including business development and sales. With over a decade of experience in sales leadership roles within SaaS companies, specifically with solutions powered by data acquired through web crawling technology, he brings with him a wealth of market knowledge and experience. Prior to joining QL2, Hunter served as VP of Sales at Tealbook, a procurement data technology, and Executive Director of Sales at PriceSpider, a brand commerce and price monitoring solution, where he developed and implemented their go-to-market strategies. At PriceSpider, he experienced exponential growth, including the launch of a new product and several M&A integrations. 

When Hunter is not selling, you can find him on the beach raising funds through his charity volleyball tournament, VolleyforTBI. The proceeds benefit Brain Injury patients of LifeBridge Health’s Sinai Hospital, where he also serves as a Board Member.

Matt Ziemski

VP, Finance

Matt leads QL2 Software’s finance and accounting functions as VP of Finance. With a background steeped in accounting and financial management, Matt is committed to helping drive QL2’s growth and reinforcing its position as a leader in competitive intelligence. Since joining QL2 in 2019, he has been a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success in spearheading accounting, FP&A, strategic planning, legal, and HR with a focus on strengthening and aligning the finance function with QL2’s strategic goals. Matt comes to QL2 after holding management and supervisory roles in accounting and finance at Greenspring Associates (now Stepstone Group) and PwC.

Director, Product

Nat joined QL2 at the beginning of 2024 as the Head of Product, bringing a wealth of experience in product management and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. With a dynamic background in developing technology-based solutions, Nat has consistently delivered new products and features to the market, significantly enhancing customer adoption and revenue growth.

Nat brings a versatile background. In his previous roles, including Director of Sales and Customer Success at HerdX Inc. and Product Manager at PriceSpider, Nat demonstrated exceptional skill in revitalizing products and pioneering feature development, achieving remarkable customer and sales growth. At QL2, he is set to steer the product strategy, focusing on harnessing data-driven insights to advance customer solutions and uphold the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
