Jeremy Frank
SVP Engineering
As SVP of Engineering, Jeremy is responsible for providing architectural solutions and leading technical innovations at QL2. Jeremy has over 15 years of experience as an engineering leader focused on solving a wide variety of big data challenges. Prior to joining QL2, Jeremy worked at several high growth media companies including AOL, millennial media and Videology.
Yogender Kumar
Head of Operations, India
Yogender joined QL2 in 2006 and currently manages the company’s India operations in Gurgaon Office. Yogender’s leadership of the QL2 team in India is a critical part of the company’s success in delivering high-quality strategic data. Prior to QL2, Yogender worked as a senior analyst and developer at Electrobug Technologies Ltd.

Yogender holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Computer Application as well as his MBA.

Oliver Kuntz
VP Product
Oliver leads QL2’s Product team building out competitive intelligence solutions and new data acquisition technologies. Prior to joining QL2, Oliver worked at Arena Analytics applying machine learning to workforce transformation. At AOL, Oliver developed insight dashboards for the digital advertising platform. Oliver graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors of Engineering.
Justin Hill
VP Client Services
Justin has been with QL2 for a dozen years and currently leads account management, sales engineering, and implementation His background is in the travel industry, particularly airline pricing and revenue management. At Delta Air Lines, he led the online pricing strategy team in the early days of online airfare distribution. His focus on customer satisfaction has guided the development of many of QL2’s products as well as the company’s responsive support team.
Joe Gagnon
VP Analytics
Joe’s primary responsibility is to drive QL2’s ability to deliver critical business insights to our customers. He is committed to driving QL2’s analytical agenda both internally and externally to ensure we collect the right data in order to generate strategic value for our customers. Prior to QL2 Joe held senior analytics roles at AOL and Millennial Media as well as various corporate finance positions at Diageo.
Derrick Elliott
SVP Client Solutions
Over the course of more than ten years at QL2, Derrick has contributed in the hosted platform, IT, application development, QA, sales, and project management groups, and is currently responsible for products and data collection. His experience in working directly with customers and understanding their needs brings a unique focus to QL2’s development efforts.
Samir Bhakta
COO
Samir joined QL2 with over 20 years of high-tech operations and support experience. He is currently responsible for ensuring QL2 applications and systems are always available and functioning correctly. As part of that role he provides 24/7/365 support for customers with a service level of at least 99.9% uptime. Samir has previously designed, deployed, and supported cutting edge solutions at large companies such as Accenture, HP, Sprint, Hallmark, and Autodesk. As part of those deployments, he also led strategic initiatives for future growth opportunities.
Mina Shirey
CFO
As CFO, Mina is focused on strengthening and aligning the finance function with QL2’s strategic goals. She is responsible for ensuring that QL2’s accounting and finance department provides accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as strategic support to the business. Mina has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and specializes in cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient and effective process development. Mina comes to QL2 after holding management and supervisory roles in accounting and finance at AOL, Millennial Media, Apple, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Carl Wartzack
CEO
Carl has spent his career utilizing data and analytics to build profitable products and businesses. As CEO of QL2, Carl is focused on guiding the company through a new phase of growth and innovation to meet the industry’s latest opportunities.

Prior to QL2, Carl has done pioneering work at groundbreaking digital media start-ups Advertising.com — the world’s leading performance-based digital advertising network — and Millennial Media — the world’s largest independent mobile advertising platform. He has also held key leadership roles at media giants Yahoo, AOL, Verizon and the Washington Post guiding product management, analytics and operations.
