Auditing your match requests

Visit the Audit History section of Opti Price to see a record of all match addition and removal requests. You can filter these records by request type, status, reporter, or by competitor site.

Requests are reviewed within 48 hours and any updates will be reflected in the following refresh of your data which varies on your delivery schedule.
